The Results Team

Ralph Webb was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan and has been living in and enjoying the beauty of Penticton since 1973. Ralph feels fortunate to be able to experience the lifestyle he does.

During his off time, he may get out on one of the area’s stunning golf courses, or play a game of tennis with his wife Janet. Taking bike trips through the valley is another love of Ralph’s. “I absolutely enjoy my life, where I live and what I do for a living.”

Ralph has been in the real estate industry since 1991. He has gained a well-deserved reputation for providing outstanding service and results and is well known for his positive approach to life. From biking and playing tennis to church activities and time spent with his family and new grandchild; Ralph possesses a distinct enthusiasm. “I want to make the most of every moment,” Ralph explains; “and when you love what you do, it makes it all worthwhile.”

Barrie has been in the real estate industry since 1994 and before that operated his own retail business, where he developed his strong sales and business management background. Barrie has always been a people person and believes everything must be based on truth. "I like to make a client a friend, not just a sale," says Barrie, " That means a high level of service & commitment."

She was married in 1983 to a Penticton raised boy named Jim. They have two wonderful teenage daughters, Tiffany and Whitney. In our time together they have lived in many beautiful places in BC - Kitimat, Harrison Hot Springs, and the Okanagan. During this time she has had many job experiences working with children and youth.

They moved back to Penticton November 2004, as Jim received the youth position at Penticton Vineyard church. She loves to tag a long for the fun.

She enjoys developing her relationship with her savior and friend Jesus. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, walking, golfing and enjoying the beach. She likes to capture their memories with photos and scrapbooking.

Pat settled in Penticton in 1975 with her husband Doug and two children, Darby-Ann and Daniel.  Now that Darby and Danny have grown up and have families of their own, this grandmother of 4 boys can be found most summers up at the local fishing lake with her husband Doug and in the winter behind the wheel of her race car, #25, at the Ice Races.

1982 saw her working in property management and getting her Real Estate license.  In 1989 Pat started selling Real Estate full time and was active in Real Estate sales until 2002.

After a brief time of retirement, Pat was called on by “The Results Team” to become part of their up and coming Team.  Pat enjoys working with “The Results Team” and putting her love for photography and computers to good use.
